As the world changes, so does the local and global environment in which we now find ourselves living. The future will bring more diversity in the people with whom our children will live, work, and develop families and friends. This global village will favor citizens who are comfortable operating in culturally and economically diverse environments and can speak in multiple languages. Such individuals are more likely to have the ability to create cohesive communities in the midst of an environment that may become fractured. For this reason, Intercultural Montessori Language School is a dual-language immersion school that nurtures learning in an environment that celebrates cultural differences and holds true to the philosophies of Maria Montessori.
