Intercultural Montessori Language School Spring Fundraiser Sponsorship
April 3, 2014

Dear Intercultural Friend:

On Saturday, May 3, 2014, Intercultural Montessori Language School, a year round not-for-profit Montessori school with two campuses in Oak Park and Chicago that services families throughout the Chicago metro and suburban areas, will bring together a diverse group of 200+ people for a relaxed evening of cocktails, hors d-oeuvres, live entertainment and education about our important program at our largest fundraising event of the year – 7th Annual Gala and Auction.

Our children are our source of light in our lives and our future. Intercultural Montessori Language School celebrates this bright light through cultural harmony and bridging global diversity by offering Montessori education to preschool to elementary aged children while exposing them to a foreign language – Japanese, Mandarin or Spanish and English – and culture early in life.  This offers our children the opportunity to learn through discovery and instill in them the understanding and respect for each other and our diverse world.

We are writing now to ask for your support of this worthwhile program with three corporate support choices: 1) Event Sponsorship; 2) Auction Item Donation; or 3) Event Program Advertisement.

Event Sponsorship: Our event requests sponsors at every level.  As a sponsor, you will not just gain great publicity, but also have the opportunity to network with an audience of business and community leaders and to build brand loyalty from a grateful community. There are different sponsorship levels that consist of different event benefits (this is listed in the attached form).

Auction Item Donation: Our event will have a silent auction that will be prominently showcased during the cocktail reception and throughout the evening.  Promotional

Event Program Advertisement: We will have an event program that will display your logo and company information.

Intercultural Spring Gala Donation Form

Your commitment to Intercultural will be appropriately acknowledged throughout the event. Additionally, the display of your promotional materials at the event will provide your company further visibility.

The Gala’s proceeds will help Intercultural cover operating expenses and continue to provide financial aid to students who would not otherwise be able to attend our school.  Intercultural is one of the most racially and socio-economically diverse independentschools servicing families in the Chicago metro and suburban areas.

We certainly appreciate your thoughtful consideration. The evening will be a memorable one and we hope you will join us. While sponsorship and donations do not entitle a company to dictate the content of the program or printed material, we are open to discussing other ways to customize your participation to suit your specific marketing objectives.  To learn more about Intercultural, we invite you to visit our Web site atwww.interculturalmontessori.org
